We love Spooner Farms' blackberries. We're busy baking blackberry custard tarts for our Math 'n' Stuff pop-up tomorrow and Sunday, 8/19 and 8/20.

Our Maple Leaf neighbors sold us out of blueberry tarts today. So, Dan got in the bakery and made another 18 for tomorrow's pop-up. Thank you Daghild and Emi.

Trying bows late in the evening on our Valentine's Day chocolate caramel tarts for tomorrow's pop-up.

We've been busy making cookie boxes for our wonderful Backyard Bakery customers. We have lots of boxes for sale today from 9am to 1pm at our Math 'n' Stuff pop up. Rugelach, peppermint bark, macarons, Russian tea cakes, thumbprints, and brownies.

Just pulled some orange-infused brioche bread pudding out of the oven. We'll have 45 pieces for our Maple Leaf neighbors at today's pop-up.

Dan's making bread pudding with brioche cinnamon rolls. Hope to see you at Math 'n' Stuff tomorrow RAIN or shine.

Got ice cream? We're making poached pear hazelnut cream tarts for our pop-up tomorrow. They're over a half pound, so they'll easily serve two. Hope to see you!

Thank you Seattle Restaurant Store for pulling off a short notice and difficult delivery of our new cooler. We'll be there on Saturday October 16th for the pop up.
