Poor Dada, its gunna be a long road to recover I think 🥺 but twins have been actually so adorable and caring towards him!

On the recovery menu today is:
Course1: Organic Chicken Bone Broth
Course2: Vegemite on Sourdough
Course3: Goatsmilk Yogurt & 🫐

Nourish, comfort and replenishing the gut are the 3 main goals for him right now so feeling very proud to be there for him in the best way I can ♥️

The surgeon said everything went to plan, so now its up to how he recovers 🙏🏽 I have no doubt he will be back to our strong, stoic rock very soon!

He got this surgery date very last minute so we didnt have much time to plan ahead, but very grateful for my MIL and Elsa for supporting us and allowing me to travel to be with Harry during a vulnerable time 🫶🏽

Wanted to update you guys as things will look a little different for us for a little until Harry is healed up!

Ok so, cutting down on screen time was not necesarily a decision we made it just naturally happened with our new beach lifestyle here.

After cutting down a ton though we did start to notice the difference, especially in the evenings.

I find bedtime routines are way more chaotic if they have been watching TV. Do you guys notice that with your toddlers ?
