"Staying in your lane" isn't about being distant; it is an act of deep love and respect for both yourself and the other person. When you stay in your lane, you are choosing to hold space for someone rather than trying to fix or control their journey. Hard to do sometimes, and we have to remember, who we are, the role we are in and our intent
