Just a reminder that we offer vouchers for spay/neuter surgeries for owners with incomes up to $45,000 per year.
Proof of income is required (check stub, SS letter, bank statement - anything that has your name/income on it) and can be emailed to [email protected] or text to 501-827-7088.
Once proof of income is received, you will be provided a list of participating veterinarians to choose from. You make an appointment with one and let us know which vet you chose and the surgery date. Then will send the voucher to the vet.
Vouchers are good for $75 for dogs and $35 for cats off the cost of surgery. You need to confirm your cost with the vet that you choose. It will vary by veterinarian. The voucher amount is NOT your cost.
