Across The Country Mobile RV Repair is just what it sounds like. I am a MOBILE RV technician, meaning I come to where you are to repair, service or replace parts or appliances of your RV. You DO NOT have to hook up and take your RV to a shop and leave it there for weeks or months. I can come to your home or the campground where you are staying. For over 21 years, I have worked at a factory in Searcy, AR. The 12 hour, rotating shifts, allow me to have 2 to 4 days per week, in which, I can fully devote to RV Repair. I live in Searcy, Arkansas and mostly service White County and it's bordering cities: Heber Springs, Cabot, Vilonia, Pleasant Plains, Augusta, Des Arc, etc. I can and have traveled farther when needed to North Little Rock, Batesville and Jonesboro. Believe it or not, this is my first time working on a horse trailer since I've been a RVTAA Certified Technician and started my mobile repair business in 2021.
I serviced the air conditioner and got rid of a huge mud dobber nest that was adhered to the the fan blade.

Then and Now. 2021, 2022 and 2026.
First the Jeep. Then the F 150. Now the F 350.
It's definitely air conditioner and water heater season.

When a customer calls and says their air conditioner isn't cooling, I always hope for the best. I hope to diagnose a faulty capacitor or the coils to be dirty or a obliterated fan, something that can be repaired at a lower cost for my customer.
There are times, that is just not the case and a full replacement is necessary.

When I do a service on a rv air conditioner, I don't just clean the coils. I check the capacitors and compressor, to make sure their numbers are in spec. It's like a good yearly check up.
