This week was a good reminder of why I love what I do.

✔️ Two happy clients made it to the closing table
✔️ Two new listings are getting ready to hit the market
✔️ A new buyer is on the hunt for a stick-built home with a little land to call their own

Outside of real estate, we squeezed in a family beach day, celebrated the end of another school year, and somehow my youngest is officially a junior already! Time sure has a way of flying by. ❤️

I'm heading into the weekend feeling grateful, excited for what's ahead, and looking forward to some sunshine.

And now, looking back, I truly believe it all worked out exactly the way it was supposed to.

Not only did they get a beautifully renovated home, but they were also able to qualify for a down payment assistance program, have their closing costs paid by the seller, and get the few repairs requested completed before settlement.
