My song, Prodigal, was written out of a horrible experience in the evangelical church. Really, all of my songs are, but this one most explicitly. I’ve never shared these details publicly before, but it feels like it’s time.

You can read it at the link in the comments.

This is the first in a series I'm doing on the stories behind the songs on my album All Beginnings Are Hard.

The NEPA Film Festival is this weekend! I have THREE films showing that I scored and I'll be performing at the gala on Friday night with a new cellist!

Watch a clip of our rehearsal and get more info at the link in the comments.

Plus, a new track created exclusively with my new Moog synth called "Anxiety"😫 and a small update on my album.

Happy (belated) Piano day! I wrote a song in honor of the GOAT instrument and springtime, called "Growing Up." A sweet little waltz that reflects the fragile but glorious experience of new growth.

It was included in a compilation by Spain-based label, Ad21 - my first label job! If you love piano music, check out the whole album. It was an honor to be included with these really incredible composers.

I've gotten to the point that I'd rather not have a music career than continue playing the social media game. My latest post details what I'm doing instead and why. Link in comments.

Got myself a new birthday present!

Also, I wrote a new song for a label in Spain. It doesn't come out until end of March, but you can listen to it now at the link in the comments. My sister said it reminds her of the Married Life theme from the movie Up.

I just want to give a big thanks to WVIA. They've been SO supportive of my music. In addition to this interview, they featured me on Eventful (thank you Haley OB!) and George Graham will be featuring some of the album on his Mixed Bag show tonight.
