Simplex attended the Modular Building Institute’s “2026 World of Modular” last month where they hold the annual Awards of Distinction contest. We are honored to have won 1st place in the Permanent Modular Dormitory category for the Bucknell University West Campus Student Housing Project in collaboration with Wohlsen Construction and Gensler Architects. This recognition reflects the outstanding collaboration, dedication and hard work invested by everyone involved to ensure another successful phase of this project which overall consisted of (5) dormitory buildings totaling 96 Suites, 304 Modular Components and 153,296 sq.ft.

From our manufacturing facility to its final location, this custom ranch model home showcases the efficiency and precision of modular construction. We're proud to see this project take shape.

Simplex Homes would like to congratulate our Marketing Intern, Tatiana Baide Franco, on graduating with her B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations from The University of Scranton.🎓

Tatiana first started interning at Simplex back in the fall and was invited to return for the spring semester. She has been an amazing help in developing fresh marketing ideas, creating content, and supporting our team with creativity and hard work throughout her internship.

We are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished and wish her continued success in this exciting next chapter!🎉

Simplex is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Mayes from Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Simplex Industries Inc. Since joining the company in 2012, Ryan has demonstrated strong leadership, financial expertise, and a deep commitment to the company’s growth and success. 🎉

In his expanded role, Ryan will continue overseeing the company’s financial operations while taking on additional executive leadership responsibilities that support Simplex’s long-term vision and continued growth.

We are confident Ryan’s experience and leadership will continue to contribute to the success of Simplex Industries and the customers we proudly serve.
