The Scranton Police Department is asking the assistance of the public with any information regarding the identity of the individual shown in the attached photo. It is understood the picture is not of optimal quality however it was the only one obtainable at this time. Please refrain from unnecessary comments.

The suspect is wanted for questioning in relation to a Theft Investigation which occurred at the Black Watch Cafe.

INVESTIGATIVE NOTES: The suspect was observed operating a compact, dark colored SUV. Suspect appears to have a medical issue with their leg.
