I wanted to let you know that my co-facilitator Phyllis Rempe and I are moving our yearly “ Inner Child Workshop “ to the Fall. There will not be one in the spring of next year.
We are very excited, as usual, to be doing this workshop again.
For many years we have continued to do this workshop because we see such significant emotional growth in so many people.
The “ Inner Child Workshop “is an experiential workshop on processing the developmental stages of your inner child. It helps you to let go of your past pain, become aware of your inner self-particularly your unhealthy patterns and your triggers, and learn some healthier tools to help you live a more meaningful , happier, and peaceful life in the here and now.
