Scranton Families Helping Families meetings will be starting at The Hall on Wednesday, April 17, at 5:30 P.M. We hope you'll join us!
The Hall, located at 415 N. 8th Avenue in Scranton, is a recovery support meeting space that hosts more than 30 weekly recovery support meetings. It is a space of connection and community where you can find hope, help, and support in dealing with the disease of addiction.

The Hall, located at 415 N. 8th Avenue in Scranton, is our beautiful recovery support meeting space that hosts a variety of weekly recovery support meetings. It is a space of connection and community where you can find hope, help, and support in dealing with the disease of addiction.
Meetings are held seven days a week and include a Men’s Meeting and Younger Group Meeting, as well as Sexaholics Anonymous (SA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA), and Al-Anon (focusing on family & friends of the addicted) sessions.

We have to have some information soon about new meetings starting in April!
In the meantime, virtual meetings are held Mondays and Thursdays and in-person meetings are conducted Tuesdays in Bloomsburg, Wednesdays in Clarks Summit and Thursdays in Tunkhannock. For more information, visit https://recoveryrises.org/families-helping-families-program/.

Having personally experienced the horror and heartbreak that addiction brings to a family, our board member Helen Lavelle committed to her own recovery over 30 years ago and remains a faithful member of a recovery program for friends and families of the addicted. She has volunteered countless hours to help those in need in Pennsylvania and beyond.
