Pro Tool Repair

Today’s episode of “Why do I torture myself”? I’m replacing the drive tires on a 1970’s 8mm film projector. The original tires became petrified and crumbled from age.

I ordered some replacement switches. Once I opened one I had to take a picture to show how this was packaged. Do you think the packer used to work in a map factory? 

I recall the month of August 1995 is when I started repairing power tools for R&L Service and Supply (formally known Lichtman’s Industrial Supply). I know I still have my pay check stubs (don’t ask why) so I looked. First pay period was August 12-18! I can now say I have over 30 years experience repairing power tools.
