Basic construction skills required to get refurbished apartments finished.
Mostly small repairs including: replacing bathroom cabinets, installing ceiling lights, changing door k***s, basic trim work around finished flooring, and final clean out.
Minor plumbing and electrical experience is helpful, but not required. Experience must demonstrate Honesty, detail-oriented , and hard work.
