The ability to ask for help in the workplace is an essential professional skills. Workplaces and supervisors all play a role in reducing barriers that contribute to burnout, stress, and poor health outcomes. When autistic individuals have access to meaningful accommodations, clear communication, and responsive support, they are better positioned to thrive professionally while advancing workplace equity.
Burnout and workplace challenges should not be navigated alone or treated as an individual responsibility to solve. Seeking support, requesting accommodations, and communicating workplace needs can help create more sustainable working conditions and reduce the long-term impact of stress and burnout. Prioritizing well-being is not only beneficial for individual success, but also an important part of supporting healthier workplaces and improving public health outcomes overall.

Math engagement in middle school is one of the most critical, and most difficult, challenges in education. STEMPlay Labs, dfusion's game-based learning division, built Fantasy Sports Math League (FSML) to meet that challenge head-on.
FSML is a classroom program that uses the mechanics of fantasy football to teach middle school students real math: statistics, probability, data reasoning, and analytical thinking. Students draft NFL players, manage rosters, and compete — and every decision they make is grounded in math they're doing themselves.
The result is a learning environment where engagement isn't manufactured. It's intrinsic. Students aren't doing math to get to the game. They're doing math because of the game.
We believe that relevance is the engine of learning and FSML is proof of concept.

Fantasy Sports Math League is a finalist for the 2026 GEE! Learning Game People's Choice Award — and we'd love your support!
FSML helps middle schoolers master fractions and math problem-solving through fantasy football. Students draft real NFL players, crunch real stats, and actually look forward to math class.
The data backs it up — but the People's Choice is decided by YOU.

At dfusion, we've long believed that knowledge alone doesn't make a great s*x ed educator — skills do. And skills require practice.
That's the driving idea behind MPC VISTA: Making Proud Choices: Virtual Interactive Simulation Training Academy — and we're now taking the next critical step: a full randomized controlled trial.
MPC VISTA is an AI-powered simulation platform designed to give s*xual health educators a space to practice the moments their training rarely prepares them for: the unexpected student question, the classroom conversation that shifts into sensitive territory, the split-second decision about how to respond in a way that's accurate, affirming, and age-appropriate.
Using interactive AI simulation, educators engage with realistic classroom scenarios and receive the kind of repeated, low-stakes practice that builds genuine confidence and competency before those moments happen in front of real students.
We're launching an Randomized Controlled Trial to rigorously measure MPC VISTA's impact on educator skill, confidence, and classroom effectiveness. The randomized controlled trial is the gold standard of evidence and it reflects something fundamental about how dfusion works: we build innovative tools, and then we prove they work.
This is what the future of professional development in health education looks like. And the evidence is coming.
