Our Story
We offer group fitness training, personal training, and challenges to keep you moving. However, our movement based programs are offered to give you something no other place can! At Perfect Union, we cap our classes at no more than 10-15, we don’t have to scream with a mic and we can walk around the room tailoring the workout to those who reserved class space. We are able to modify something you may not know how to do in order to keep you safe, moving, and working towards your goals.
