A few tips on Car Loans and Credit Scores:

1) TIMELY PAYMENTS Consistently paying the full monthly installment amount on time every month will positively impact your credit score.

2) CREDIT MIX Having a credit mix of installment loans (like an auto loan) and revolving credit (like credit cards) will keep your credit score in good shape.

3) LOAN PAYOFF Payment in full or early pay off of your auto loan won't generally have a significant impact on your credit score. If your auto loan was your only installment loan, it could negatively impact your credit mix and therefore your credit score.

The bottom line: The BEST way to positively impact your credit and keep it in good standing is by making your car loan payments on time each month! 🚗🚗🚗
