We are disappointed to announce that due to a variety of circumstances, unfortunately there will not be a FCI 2018 film festival this year.
Dr. Hakak has indicated that he is looking at expanding the scope of the festival for 2019, but we will not be accepting any submissions this year.
On behalf of FCI, thanks to you, to the filmmakers and to Proctors Theater for your support. We hope to see you in 2019.
