Our Industrial Parks Division is currently looking for a motivated and capable Industrial Park Maintenance Superintendent to join our expanding team.
The Superintendent position will coordinate all aspects of maintenance and repair within The Galesi Group’s real estate portfolio, all while supporting our company’s core values of safety, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities Included, but not limited to:
• Understanding plans and specifications for each job.
• Handling job setup and understanding site needs.
• Reviewing material purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Assisting the Director of Parks Operations with developing job schedule complete with milestone dates.
• Communicating/confirming job requirements, scheduling with subcontractors and in-house personnel, and providing daily onsite supervision.
• Performing carpentry tasks and operating construction equipment as needed.
• Assisting Director of Parks Operations with reviewing project hours and costs as required and compare budget to actual.
• Interacting and maintaining positive relations with building inspectors and municipal departments.
• Providing support to the Projects Superintendent and other Galesi staff on projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Three years of supervisory experience in the construction/maintenance field.
• Carpentry experience.
• Ability to operate construction equipment including lifts and front-end loaders.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficient including use of CAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and MS Project.
