Plot twist: She’s staying! 🎉

What started as a summer internship is officially something more!

We’re excited to welcome Sofia Pasquarella to the C2 team as an Architectural Designer! Sofia joined us this summer as an Architectural Intern and quickly became part of the C2 crew. Now, we’re thrilled she’s sticking around and continuing her career journey with us.

From learning the ropes to jumping into the work, we’ve loved having Sofia on our team — and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

Congratulations to RISE on the ribbon cutting of the new HOMEBASE Clubhouse!

C2 is proud to have provided architectural design services for the expansion of RISE Housing and Support Services’ headquarters to create HOMEBASE, an innovative new therapeutic community center that will provide mental health recovery services and inclusive programming while serving as a model for similar programs throughout our region and beyond.

Designed as a welcoming space for marginalized individuals, HOMEBASE will offer wellness programming, educational opportunities, and meaningful social connections for community members recovering from serious mental illnesses—regardless of income or insurance status—helping make high-quality care accessible to all.

Our work included reconfiguring the 11,160 SF first floor of RISE’s main office building to prioritize space for direct-care staff and in-person services, along with the design of an 8,000 SF wood-framed second-floor addition for administrative offices.

HOMEBASE brings together spaces designed to foster community engagement, life skills, and personal growth, including an art studio, telehealth conference rooms, café/kitchen, computer room, workshop spaces, and a welcoming living room.

We’re honored to have played a role in bringing this meaningful vision to life. Congratulations to the entire RISE team on this exciting milestone and for the lasting impact HOMEBASE will have on the Saratoga County community and beyond!

Congratulations to our client, Northway Golf Center on their ribbon cutting and grand opening!

C2 provided architectural design services for the expansion of Northway Golf Center, featuring a 2,300 sf expansion to the existing Toptrace golf bays and a 2,900 SF restaurant “the Clubhouse. The offerings are designed to enhance the facility’s year-round golf and hospitality offerings. The project also includes additional outdoor covered driving range bays, an 18-hole putting course, and expanded parking.

The expanded facility provides 8 total hitting bays during the warmer months, with each bay equipped with Toptracer technology for an enhanced, interactive experience. During the winter months, the facility can also accommodate indoor golf simulators, extending the golf experience throughout the year.

The new Clubhouse Restaurant + Bar also elevates the facility’s hospitality experience, offering expanded food and beverage options within a full-service restaurant and bar environment. The restaurant also has a raised viewing deck, overlooking the new putting course. Together, the improvements transform Northway Golf Center into a more all-around destination for golf, dining, entertainment, and year-round recreation.
