This is a great reminder to be careful about sharing personal information. Do not answer phone calls from a number you don't recognize. Let them leave a voice mail and contact your bank or credit union independently to follow up. Remember safety first!

🚨 Fraud Alert: Impersonation Scam 🚨

We have been made aware of a scam targeting credit union members in our area.

Scammers are “spoofing” phone numbers to make it appear as though the call is coming directly from a credit union. They may claim to be from the fraud department, warn of suspicious activity, and attempt to gain your trust by referencing fake transactions. They may then ask you to provide personal information or prompt you to reset your online banking credentials using a link or code they send.

⚠️ Please remember:
• We will NEVER ask for your online banking password or secure verification codes
• We will NOT ask you to reset your password over the phone or via unsolicited text
• Caller ID can be manipulated — even if it looks like it’s us

If you receive a call like this:
✔️ Hang up immediately
✔️ Call the number on the back of your card or our official website
✔️ Report the incident to us right away

Your security is our priority. When in doubt, always contact us directly using trusted contact information.
