Gilded Age Event This Thursday The first half of the evening’s program will be devoted to exploring “La Belle Époque” or “The Beautiful Era” of the late 19th century. This was a time of scientific innovation and optimism reflected in the glorious music of both French and American composers.

I'm so excited to be performing with SUNY Schenectady School of Music jazz faculty a week from today at a free event in Schenectady's Central Park. The college food truck will be there so you can support the college with your ears and taste buds.

We will be joined by School of Music alumni and special guest trombonist Delfeayo Marsalis, whose father is like the J.S. Bach of jazz and whose many talented children are major artists in their own right.
