I’ve been fortunate throughout my career to stand beside many extraordinary women.

Women who lead with courage, persevere while in the trenches, lift others as they rise, and create powerful network and connections of support.

My four year journey of recovery plus living with Long Covid has taught me something powerful: the human spirit is stronger than the obstacles placed in front of it. That your scars tell a story.

Strength isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s simply taking the next step when everything in you feels tired.

So today, honor the woman you are becoming.

You were never meant to play small.

You are just one victory away!

Happy International Women’s Day. 🌸

Most of my clients that I’ve business consult over two decades have been women.

I disscovered a few common unspoken signs of high intelligence women.

Highly intelligent women aren’t loud, they often don’t brag. They build quietly. They observe more than they speak, lead, innovate, think long-term and go All-In.

They are fast thinking. They thrive on processing information quickly and executing on ideas in real time.

They have systems and processes to bridge and create proven pathways. They don’t chase trends, but cease opportunities, that others overlook.

They protect their mental space, sleep, and limit the noise by bringing the target in a little closer. They remain focused so that they can retain details, conversations, and lessons that compound over time.

The women I’ve work with hunger of the need for intellectual stimulation. They say that small talk, a.k.a surface talk drains and distracts them. They politely excuse themselves from energy vampires.

What I find most fascinating is they’re always curious. They’re constantly asking why, how, and what’s next.

If this sounds like you, own it. Intelligence isn’t arrogance. My mentor once mentioned that awareness applied with brilliance and intention elevate others.

What do you want to build? What’s your vision? How do you plan on achieving your goal?

I’ve opened up my calendar with a few available spots to work with me 1:1. Link in the comments.

Here’s to strong women.
May we know them.
May we be them.
May we raise them.

Entrepreneurs are wired differently from the ground up…

To every entrepreneur chasing a vision no one else can fully see…

Don’t let busyness distract you from achieving your goals.

Be busy.
Busy with purpose.
Be busy growing.
Be busy learning.
Be busy strengthening the woman working behind the scenes.

Your dreams require focus.
They require discipline.
They require courage.
They require bravery.
They require support.

So focus on your goals. Not others opinions.

Focus on your progress.
Not comparison.

Pull the target in closer. Focus on your growth, and cut out the noise .

There will be seasons when doubts arise more than progress. Your vision blurs. Your confidence shattered.

But, you’re a builder, a leader, a visionary.

Moments when it feels heavy.
Days when doubt whispers louder than confidence.

Keep going anyway.

Every step forward matters.
Every lesson is shaping you.
Every challenge is preparing you for the next level.

Stop chasing validation.
Stop chasing approval.

Don’t listen to people who don’t understand your vision. Your mom and grandma is not your customer.

Chase your calling.

Build your skills. Learn new skills.
Protect your energy.
Protect your peace.

Raise your standards.
Delete what no longer serves you.

One day, the same discipline you practice in private will create results that speak loudly in public.

Keep your eye on the prize.
Keep building your dream.
Keep believing in yourself~ even when it’s quiet.

The world needs what you’re creating.

Six things I’ve learned on this journey—especially about growth, change, and becoming: That I can teach you in less than a minute.

1. Let go of what no longer serves you.

2. Give it time. Not everything is meant to happen on your schedule.

3. Believe in yourself—even when no one else does yet.

4. Don’t compare. Your path is yours for a reason.

5. Stay calm. It’s okay to not have everything figured out.

6. Bet on yourself. At the end of the day, it’s on you.

Growth isn’t loud. It’s intentional. It’s choosing yourself again and again—even when it’s uncomfortable.

Trust the process. You’re closer than you think.

4 things I learned about how the comeback is always stronger than the setbacks …

I’ve learned that is the backbone of trust in yourself.

That while you’re healing, others witness your leadership. It’s what keeps women and entrepreneur leaders moving forward when the path is uncertain.

isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about showing up, learning fast, and staying grounded in purpose. It’s also about knowing your strengths and weaknesses. I’m a Capricorn, a sassy born leader and a forever learner. Giving up is never an option.

You are stronger than you think!

Mentorship reminds us we don’t grow alone; it shortens the learning curve and strengthens confidence.
Entrepreneurship can be lonely. Mentorship helps you to build that bond, develop, and improve outcomes faster. Small businesses, nonprofits and entrepreneurs miss this important and game changing step.

is how your mission finds its people. It’s not self-promotion—it’s service, visibility, and impact.

Let me ask you, “What do you want to be known for?”

When resiliency, leadership, mentorship, and marketing work in unison, women don’t just build businesses and powerful non profit organizations —we build movements, communities, and lasting change.

2026! Set audacious goals that scare the living daylight out of you.

People won’t respect you at the bottom, they’ll ignore you in the middle, and they’ll hate you at the top.

You’ll never get everyone’s approval.

𝐁𝐞𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟!

You never know when your blessings are coming.

As a former esteemed cable lifestyle, program host for 7 year’s, I interviewed over 100 nonprofits reaching 20 million household across 19 counties in New York State.

My non-paid Covid sabbatical hindered me from returning to the show. Something that I was truly passionate about. As the host, I learned a great deal about my guest and their businesses/nonprofits.

Because I was present, engaging and actively listening, I discovered one common struggle all organizations dread.

Fundraising…

2019, I wrote the book Fundraising Secrets to help organizations master the art of fundraising.

Are you an Active Listener?

One of the most important interpersonal skills is Actively Listening.

By actively listening your business and relationships grow organically.

Even when I didn’t know the “What” I became the “Who and How.”
I said “Yes” and figured it out.

5 Interpersonal Skills of Self-Development: (just plug in your business)

Active Listening:
The ability to attentively listen to donors, team members, and community stakeholders, understanding their needs and concerns.

Empathy:
Demonstrating empathy towards donors and understanding their motivations for supporting the nonprofit, fostering stronger connections.

Negotiation Skills:
Effectively negotiating partnerships, grants, and collaborations to maximize support for the organization.

Cultural Competence: Being culturally aware and sensitive to diverse perspectives, ensuring inclusive and respectful interactions with donors from various backgrounds.

Conflict Resolution:
Skill in resolving conflicts diplomatically, whether internal team conflicts or external issues, to maintain positive relationships and foster a collaborative environment.

You can learn a great deal when you zip it and listen.

Of the 5 which ones are your superpowers?

“You are just one victory away.”

Never tell yourself that you’re not good enough.

A great reminder ❤️:

At age 23, Tina Fey was working at a YMCA.

At age 23, Oprah was fired from her first reporting job.

At age 24, Stephen King was working as a janitor and living in a trailer.

At age 27, Vincent Van Gogh failed as a missionary and decided to go to art school.

At age 28, J.K. Rowling was a single parent living on welfare who was clinically depressed and at times has contemplated su***de.

At age 28, Wayne Coyne (from The Flaming Lips) was a fry cook.

At age 30, Harrison Ford was a carpenter.

At age 30, Martha Stewart was a stockbroker.

At age 37, Ang Lee was a stay-at-home-dad working odd jobs.

Julia Child released her first cookbook at age 39, and got her own cooking show at age 51.

Vera Wang failed to make the Olympic figure skating team, didn’t get the Editor-in-Chief position at Vogue, and designed her first dress at age 40.

Stan Lee didn’t release his first big comic book until he was 40.

Alan Rickman gave up his graphic design career to pursue acting at age 42.

Samuel L. Jackson didn’t get his first major movie role until he was 40.

Morgan Freeman landed his first MAJOR movie role at age 52.

Kathryn Bigelow only reached international success when she made The Hurt Locker at age 57.

Grandma Moses didn’t begin her painting career until age 76.

Louise Bourgeois didn’t become a famous artist until she was 78.

Whatever your dream is, it is not too late to achieve it. You aren’t a failure because you haven’t found fame and fortune by the age of 21.

Hell, it’s okay if you don’t even know what your dream is yet.
Even if you’re flipping burgers, waiting tables or answering phones today, you never know where you’ll end up tomorrow.

Never tell yourself you’re too old to make it.

Never tell yourself you missed your chance.

Never tell yourself that you aren’t good enough.

You can do it. Whatever it is that sets your soul on fire.
