Exchange students are on their way to the USA! Flight arrives at 130pm. We are on our way to JFK to picked them up. Excited!!

All exchange students have a home in the Capital District!! Thanks to all our host families for opening their hearts 💕 and home to a teenager from Bilbao, Spain. We are so excited to begin our cross cultural experience with all of you. Sharing our American way of life with a Spanish teen is how we create world peace and diplomacy. You all have embarked upon a lifelong adventure that will bring you many memorable experiences and opportunities. Please, post pics here of your adventure with your exchange student. Students arrive on Monday and I can't wait!! Henar's room is ready too.

Hello colleagues and friends, respectfully requesting your consideration to host a student from Bilbao, Spain from July 3 pm to July 27 am- 3 quick weeks! We are desperately seeking families like yours to open your hearts and home to one of our last 2 kids ! We have one girl 16 and one boy, 16. Students arrive with own health insurance, own spending money and an eagerness to meet you to practice and improve English skills and to learn about our way of life.
As a host family you provide a "caring home away from home", room and board and transportation to our 2x a week fieldtrips and a unique and first time opportunity to experience life in July in the USA with your family. Families gain a friend for life and the opportunity to practice and improve Spanish skills and learn about the Spanish/Basque culture from the north of Spain 🇪🇸.
While there is no stipend for this volunteer cultural experience, I am offering one free week stay at my beach front house on the Caribbean sea in Salgar, Colombia, South America, a value of $1500 as per Airbnb.com/h/socorritobeach-villa-salgar
