A reminder that our office will be closed on Monday, July 5th in observance of the Independence Day holiday. We wish all a restful and safe holiday with friends and family!

In an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19, we are doing our part by joining in the worldwide effort to flatten the curve by practicing social distancing. As a result, our office will be operating with limited staff, with access to office staff available by appointment only during office hours.

If you are looking for a new home, please check out our website for information, including photos, floor plans and property details. You can also feel free to give us a call or email us. We will be happy to provide you with the information you need to decide whether you would like to make your new home with us!

If you are a current resident, we are here for you. Please call or email us with any questions you have. While we will still field and log your routine work orders, at this time, we are only responding to emergency service requests. Please keep a lookout at your doors or via email for further communications on our COVID-19 response efforts and procedures as well as community resources. We hope you join us in our efforts to flatten the curve by observing applicable shelter-in-place directives when able, practicing CDC-prescribed cleaning measures and by practicing social distancing (maintaining a distance of 6 feet from others).

In observance of the upcoming holidays, the office will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th and Wednesday, January 1st. In observance of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, our office will be closed on Thursday, November 28th and Friday, November 29th. Our office will close early at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, November 27th.

While the holiday is one where we can reflect on the things for which we are most grateful, we remember that many are without food. We can make a difference by providing assistance this holiday (and year-round) at a local food bank, soup kitchen or food pantry. We are sincerely grateful for the military service of our Veterans and for the support provided by their families.
