Meet Brett, the Executive Chef of River Stone Manor! After beginning his professional career in Mechanical Engineering, a passion for food inspired him to pursue a new path in the culinary industry. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts & Hotel/Restaurant Management from SCCC, followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Resort Management from SUNY Delhi. His diverse experience includes working at Walt Disney World, where he was selected to help open the vegan dining concept Terrace, as well as fine dining establishments such as Prime at Saratoga National and The Century House. In 2024, Brett joined the River Stone Manor team, where he combines his technical background, culinary expertise, and leadership skills to create exceptional dining experiences while ensuring every event is executed with precision, innovation, and attention to detail.

The ceremony may be over, but the celebration is just getting started. ✨ From passed hors d’oeuvres to a champagne greet, guests get a chance to mingle, snack, sip, and take in all the excitement of the day.

Meet Heather, the general manager of River Stone Manor! Heather began her journey in the hospitality industry at the age of 14, working at a restaurant that later became the site of a business she opened with her mother in 2003. From there, she grew her family venture into a variety of creative hospitality experiences, including food trucks, a mobile bar, and a catering company. Heather joined the team at River Stone Manor in December 2024, and she is proud to lead a dedicated team who is focused on delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for every guest. When she is not at work, you can find Heather at home in Queensbury where she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, making and painting pottery, or seeing a show at Proctor’s!
