With our kitchen plans now finalized, we have finished our cross-bracing and begun to install the subfloor!!

It's pretty cool to see major TV show shooting (again) a block away in our neighborhood. It's even cooler when it's a historic TV show the likes of The Gilded Age. And even more so that I was able to take these pictures today!
Cleaning off the original basement ceiling boards that were underneath the first-floor floorboards. This is literally 260 years of dust that fell through the cracks. No artifacts were found (except wood shavings).
