For National Volunteer Week, members of DSP, along with friends and family, spent time volunteering at Fetching Tails Foundation in Schaumburg.

We had the chance to walk dogs, spend time with them, and help with some decorating. Simple things that make a real difference while these dogs wait for their next home.

A special congratulations to Heather, Nancy, and Ali on reaching 10 years with DSP. A decade of dedication, leadership, and commitment is no small accomplishment, and we are grateful for the impact you continue to make.

A deep freeze isn’t just uncomfortable, it can cause real damage to your home or business if you’re not prepared. A few simple steps now can save you from burst pipes, water damage, and emergency repairs later:

• Let faucets drip slightly to prevent frozen pipes
• Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
• Set your thermostat consistently (even overnight)
• Seal drafts around doors and windows
• Disconnect outdoor hoses and shut off exterior water lines
• Know where your main water shutoff is located

Cold snaps don’t have to turn into disasters. A little prep goes a long way. Stay warm, stay safe.

This holiday season, our team was proud to support Cal’s Angels by participating in their toy drive and filling a box with gifts for children battling cancer.
