Today, we recognize Juneteenth in the U.S., a day honoring freedom, reflection, and continued progress.

This week, Primient’s Black Employee Network (BEN) hosted both virtual and in-person events to help deepen understanding of Juneteenth and encourage meaningful dialogue, learning, and connection across our teams.

What a fun weekend at the Macon County Fair in Decatur, IL!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by Primient’s table—especially the kids who jumped into our cornstarch dough activity and learned about the science behind our ingredients. The curiosity, creativity, and smiles made it a big hit. We’re grateful to be part of such a great community!

It’s World Food Safety Day! This week, teams across Primient are bringing food safety to life through site-wide celebrations and interactive activities designed to educate, reinforce, and strengthen food safety culture in an engaging way.

Our approach to food safety is grounded in people, process, and products—because food safety happens when trained people follow strong processes to protect great products, every day. And it all ladders back to our shared focus: providing the best plant-based solutions for our customers.

June marks National Safety Month, an important moment to recognize the systems, behaviors, and people that help keep our workplaces safe.

At Primient, our teams bring safety to life every day, demonstrating how it’s ingrained in our culture and operations.

Recently, our Dayton, OH and Lafayette, IN teams earned two safety awards from the Corn Refiners Association. Both locations received the Zero Lost Workdays and Incident Rate Excellence awards.

Our PRIDE ERG reminds us that when people feel seen and supported, they can thrive. We appreciate their ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace grounded in inclusion and respect.
