Last night was an incredible night at the Dancing Stars of Coastal Georgia, a local Gala/fundraiser held annually by the Alzheimer Association. It was a fun to dress up and attend this worthy event with colleagues and friends, and everyone looked amazing. The dancing was superb! I can't wait for the next one!

Shelves are going in today! Should be done by the end of next week. Having to order 2 additional cabinets to finish off the back wall. Decided to add a coffee bar! Also, wanting to add a pop up plug....what do you think?

Pictured underneath the tile is the homes original terrazzo floors. They are in amazing shape and the color/pattern is beautiful. Can't wait to see how they look all polished up!

Henry Street stunner!! Once we opened this lady up we ran into a wealth of issues. We ended up gutting the entire house and replacing nearly every piece of wood inside due to termites! What a transformation. We ended up with 2 separate 1 bed 1 bath units. With this property, due to location, we decided it was best suited for a corporate rental. We fully furnished each unit and they were quickly rented for more than we ever expected!

Henry Street: I walked into this house and fell in love! The bigger the mess the more I seem to love it. This duplex had seen better days and was abandoned. It was eerie walking through it. It seemed like people just up and left for work but never returned home. Too me it was a blank canvas and I couldn't wait to get to work on it!
