Opening its first restaurants doors in 2007, Daniel Reed Hospitality owns and operates three concepts in Historic Downtown Savannah, Georgia; Local 11ten, The Public Kitchen & Bar, & Soho South Cafe. The locations are a sustainable, adaptive reuse of space and a major part of the firm's focus is to add to the city's urban fabric. Executive Chef Brandy Williamson brings a French-inspired flare to traditional Southern Cuisine.

Coming soon! SELA is nestled in the garden level of a townhouse on the vibrant corner of Liberty & Bull streets, in the heart of Historic downtown Savannah, Georgia.

Helmed by the Chefs at Local11ten Food | Wine, SELA is a Spanish-inspired tapas restaurant that offers a menu of seasonal ingredients highlighting local purveyors and Old World techniques in a humble, cozy and convivial setting. Inspired by European all-day cafés, our menu includes a revolving selection of small plates, daily-features, and desserts.

Our wine list is curated by Advanced Sommelier Caleb Poppell. We also offer a selection of beers and non-alcoholic beverages.

It was an absolute honor to be part of THE LARGEST ADVANCED SOMMELIER PASSING CLASS EVER!

This journey is incredibly humbling and for the ones that didn’t pass this round, it’s certainly not because they are undeserving. You have to dedicate so much time, money, stress, and make so many sacrifices to get to this point and whether you pass or not could come down to a matter of 25 minutes and an off day.

Attempting these exams is not for the faint of heart and I have the utmost respect for everyone that was in the sequester room with me this week 😄

I’m thankful for the new friendships I’ve made this week and look forward to seeing you mf’ers at the MS exam! LETS GOOOO!!
