Jennifer Collins serves as RISE Program Manager, where she helps lead several workforce development initiatives across the region, including K-12 Education, Transportation and Underrepresented Working Groups.

Jennifer began her career with SEDA as a Project Manager in Business Development and then joined the team at RISE when the organization was created in 2024 to meet growing workforce needs. With a passion for education, she was drawn to helping students expand their awareness of career opportunities throughout the region.

One of Jennifer’s favorite aspects of her role is working across RISE’s eight-county region. She enjoys building relationships with partners throughout the area and learning from the diverse communities she encounters. Jennifer especially enjoys working on the RISE 8th Grade Experience, which engages more than 1,000 students in hands-on career exploration opportunities with employers across the region.

Outside of work, Jennifer likes to spend time watching and attending sporting events. She also loves traveling with her family, trying new restaurants and reading a good book.

Fun fact: Her walk-up song would be “Diva” by Beyoncé. 👑🎵
