Congratualtions to Pat O'Connor and Ben Perkins, who
obtained a Summary Judgment in an Ambulance Case for client Tattnall County, Georgia. In Anderson v. Tattnall County, Georgia, Civil Action No. 2010-V-596-DC, the Plaintiff contended a Tattnall County EMT and Paramedic improperly secured the Plaintiff in an ambulance, resulting in her injuries when a thried party collided with the ambulance. Judge David L. Cavender, Superior Court, Atlantic Judicial Circuit, decided the case in favor of Tattnall County on statutory immunity ground.

PAT O’CONNOR, DOUG HERMAN AND BEN PERKINS OBTAIN FAVORABLE COURT OF APPEALS RULING in the case Freeman v. Eichholz. The Court held that the Plaintiff, could not prove that Mr. Eichholz committed legal malpractice as a matter of law. Patrick T. O'Connor, Douglas E. Herman, and Benjamin M. Perkins represented the prevailing party.

PAT O’CONNOR AND BEN PERKINS OBTAIN DEFENSE VERDICT. After a three day trial, an Effingham County jury rendered a defense verdict in favor of Oliver Maner client Effingham County. The plaintiff claimed to have been injured in a collision with an Effingham County ambulance and asked the jury to award her $950,000.00 in damages.
