Today Mr. Lane, Owner of the World renowned Lane Motor Museum opened the Annual Micro South event in Savannah Georgia to an audience of Collectors, Enthusiasts and Creative professionals. MicroSouth is a part of the prestigious Hilton Head Island Motoring Festival & Concours d'Elegance, Taking place Nov 5-6th. We at Moped Magazine are honoured to meet know Mr. Lane and to co-sponsor this amazing event. Moped Magazine Editor, Artist, ‘Pleasant’, designed all of the banners and visual media surrounding this wonderful event.

On display we have a selection of vintage European make, Micro Cars, Motorcycles and Mopeds. Some of which include, Renault, Peugeot, Messerschmitt, BMW, Puch, Citreon, Amphicar, Ural and More!

We even have two Amphicars! These are the same classic vintage floating vehicles that currently carry guests around Lake Buena Vista at the popular Disney Springs shopping destination in Orlando Florida.

The ongoing schedule of events will include a micro car parade, photo session, a meet and greet with members of the famous Lane Family and free stickers and more. Its an amazing event! Check it out!

November 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th 2022,  MicroSouth will be gathering in historic Savannah, GA.  The Lane Motor Museum will kick off our event Nov. 1st by treating all of the  registered MicroSouth participants to a narrated bus tour of Historic Savannah. On Wednesday, Nov 2nd, Jonathan, the owner of The Isetta Inn Savannah,  will be leading the drive in his 2CV as he shows us some of his  favorite spots around this fabulous city. Then on Thursday, Nov 3rd, the  group will be driving to nearby Isle of Hope and the Wormsloe  Plantation State park.

Our host hotel, The Isetta Inn Savannah,  is located in the Starland Arts District of Savannah, GA. Currently  they are holding all their rooms for MicroSouth. Book directly with them  at: (912) 228-0815. The Inn is built in a historic, three story house,  without elevators. If you prefer a more traditional hotel or camping,  you have many options to choose from around Savannah.

For those  interested, on Nov 4th, we will be doing a group driving tour from  Savannah to Hilton Head Island for an exciting weekend at the Hilton  Head Motoring Festival (Hilton Head Island Motoring Festival & Concours d'Elegance) Nov 5-6 2022
