This revitalization encompasses a new visual identity, including a fresh logo and, forthcoming, a refreshed website design. Our updated brand captures the essence of our work and embodies the spirit of hope and transformation that drives our efforts. By embracing this new chapter, we aim to inspire and engage our audience of partners, inviting them to join us in building a brighter future for all.

A peek at our brand refresh from last week's team happy hour. We couldn't be happier with the updated logo, which feels appropriately refined to our brand values and offerings.

Our founder, Mark Hall, is a generational land developer. His family legacy in land development runs deep and wide, influencing his early ventures in the Savannah market. One of his pioneering projects, Southbridge, a golf course community west of downtown Savannah, featured more than 1,000 homes, a clubhouse, a spa, and recreational fields. This significant project challenged the prevailing trend of eastward development, demonstrating the potential of untapped areas.

For generations, our family has been deeply rooted in the Southeastern landscape. We've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of development, shaping communities and leaving a lasting legacy. From iconic golf course communities to thriving mixed-use developments, our passion for creating exceptional spaces has fueled our journey.

The Northpoint family stands with those in need in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Our prayers are with those affected by the storm, especially those in Western North Carolina who lost everything in an instant. We are ever grateful to the heroes who are working around-the-clock to help restore these areas to safety and habitability, and we will support efforts to rebuild these amazing communities.
