So... I have an order for pork and chicken Lumpia, this Monday.
(If you're not familiar, they're a Filipino dish similar to eggrolls but made with thinner spring roll wrappers) They Are Amazing!!
They're made fresh, then immediately frozen, to be fried and served fresh.
I charge $10 per dozen.
