Hey everyone! We've been slammed at the shop recently, but I wanted to let everyone know I have something new in the works. Well, not exactly new, but a new spin on our original setup! It's a crazy world out there, and the prices of everything have skyrocketed, including our beloved 2JZGTE swaps that we were using for our chassis. What once was $2900 2 years ago is now nearing $8000! And that's just the donor swap parts. This has severely slowed down the 2JZ swap market. This also comes along with the introduction to the K Swap and its affordability. I'm a huge 2JZ guy through and through, as you can tell by my drag car. I want to re-invigorate the 2JZ swaps in the 86 chassis. So I have decided to spend the next couple of months focusing on a true, budget friendly 2JZ swap. I still have some logistics to work out on parts, and I need to get another shell, but once I have this worked out I'll be doing a full writeup and video series dedicated to the swap. I want to make it affordable to go 2JZ! I'll keep you posted, for now, we're heading to our biggest race of the year with our 6 second quarter mile FRS! Wish us luck!
