Fun Learning Life

Feeling blessed by the recent collaborations on behalf of St. Joseph Catholic School. 🍿❤️🍿 We were so grateful for the donation from Parkwood Dental for the yummy PTO Back-to-School Popcorn Bar. I would also like to thank Parkwood Dental | Bradenton Dentist and Fire & Flour Smokehouse for donating raffle prizes for the teachers and staff. It was such a fun way to wrap up the first week of school, and I am looking forward to partnering again in the future!

❤️ Thank you to Jeffrey Friedman of Fire & Flour Smokehouse for dropping off yummy samples today for St. Joseph Catholic School administration to check out. We enjoyed hearing about the company's story, the food innovations, and are looking forward to partnering on upcoming events!

❤️ It was great reconnecting with Krista Post this morning at an installment of the Manatee Connects Nonprofit Success Series. Thank you to Sarah Glendening CMO of the Education Foundation of Sarasota County, Inc. for the excellent presentation on "Events: Making the Heavy Lift Worth the Effort." and to the Manatee Community Foundation for being a wonderful host and supporter of area non-profits. Looking forward to St. Joseph Catholic School and Manatee Children's Services, Inc MCS Child Advocacy Center partnering together on service projects in the future. ❤️

🍭🍬🍫 Visited Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop and the World Famous Candy Buffet in historic Downtown Ocala. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. They also have a HUGE variety of glass bottle sodas and a toy train that makes its way around the room. ❤️

❤️ Made a new friend at the Manatee Chamber Coffee Club! Chelsea Bradshaw is the Human Resources Business Partner at SunCoast Blood Centers. We were actually brainstorming potential partnerships in the future for school events and she was also sharing that when you donate to SunCoast Blood Centers, you are directly helping individuals right here in our community.

❤️ Knock on wood, but apparently I am having the best of l luck on behalf of St. Joseph Catholic School at the Manatee Chamber of Commerce events. Today I won a goody bag at the Coffee Club hosted by Court Langley Ranch (beautiful wedding venue) and Albert Stobbe and associates of New York Life. The event was also catered by NOM Catering. Thank you to Dana Green of Fast Stamp Notary for donating the prize! I am looking forward to attending the next chamber event that will be featuring area non-profits.

❤️ Had the privilege on behalf of St. Joseph Catholic School of attending the Suncoast Remake Learning Days Wrap-Up Breakfast and the Manatee Chamber of Commerce After Hours Event at the Humane Society. It was a great week of celebrating families, nonprofits, and businesses in the area. Thank you to Bob MacDonald (Chamber Ambassador) and Curt Schultz for all of the introductions. I also appreciate Bob encouraging me to stay till the end of the evening. I won a yummy gift basket from Fire and Flour Smokehouse! Suncoast Campaign for Grade-Level Reading 🦅
