What a great night! Back porch leadership. A place where leaders go to grow. A place where men, show up and challenge one another, encourage one another, talk about real things, and level up together.

In case you missed it

Another great Back Porch leadership meeting. Our guy at Dan Mendoza brought a great message about leading ourselves and leading our household.

He talked about the Many roles men play. Whether it’s a business owner, entrepreneur, employee, athlete, provider, or whatever other label men use to identify ourselves. He reminded us that roles are just that, a role we are playing. A role is what we do. Purpose on the other hand, is who we are.

Adan challenged us to go back and look at our life, take inventory about our daily actions and our weekly actions. Are they aligned with our true purpose?
