This Saturday is our 3rd Saturday Pop-Up, and we’ve decided to bring back something we don’t make very often: donuts.

They’re a bit of a labor of love in our kitchen — time-consuming, hands-on, and requiring extra care — but we know how much our community loves them, and how few places there are to find truly good gluten-free donuts.

So we’re making them because you asked, and because it feels like the right way to head into the holidays.
