Dear Students,

Parking passes will be required beginning the Fall semester 2022. Please see important information below.

Parking Passes Expire January 17, 2023

In the interest of being a sustainable college, we are repurposing passes that were not used due to pandemic closures. Fall 2022 passes are mint green, expire on January 17, 2023 and will look like the photo attached.

Avoid the Lines. Purchase Online to Receive Your Permit by Mail (Update Your Address in Your Portal)

Please allow two weeks for parking permit to arrive by mail.

If you purchase your parking permit online, your permit will be mailed to you beginning the first week in August. Please check your mailing address in your portal to ensure it gets to the right place. If you have not already paid for your parking permit yet, you can click the “Purchase Optional Fees” link as pictured in the attachment and pay for parking only.

Print a Temporary Pass from Your Portal – No Need to Wait in Line In-Person

If you have already paid for your parking permit, but have not received it in the Mail before the Fall semester begins, you can print a temporary permit from your student portal. There is no need to wait in line to pick up a parking permit.

If You Know Your Permit Will Be Paid by Financial Aid or Scholarship – Print a Temporary Permit

If you know your permit will be paid by financial aid or scholarship, you can print a temporary permit from your student portal once the payment has been made. Verify your financial aid disbursement in your “myFinancialAid” portal and if your aid has been applied to your parking fee, you may print a temporary permit while you are awaiting delivery of your Fall 22 permit via mail.

The link to the temporary parking permit can be found under “Fees” section of Financial Aid & Fees in your Student Portal as shown in the image attached.

Parking Permits May Be Purchased in Santa Rosa and Petaluma Beginning August 1

The above mentioned online methods are the more efficient and preferred method of obtaining your parking pass. However, parking passes will be sold in-person beginning August 1st in both Santa Rosa and Petaluma. Santa Rosa: Accounting, in Bailey Hall. Petaluma: Welcome & Connect Center in Mike Smith Hall, building 500.
