Natural family planning (NFP) can be used to achieve or avoid pregnancy. Paul and Margaret are certified teachers with Natural Family Planning International, teaching the two distinct forms of NFP: Ecological Breastfeeding and systematic NFP. We are now teaching in person classes in Northern California and personal classes via Skype or Facetime.
