Marin graveyard for poor no longer a forgotten site An new fence and sign will call attention to a forgotten graveyard where many of Marin’s poor were buried from 1880 to 1955.

We recently completed five days of archaeological excavations in the historic town of Coloma — the place that sparked the CA Gold Rush in 1848. Special thanks to CA State Parks, Caltrans, and Native American tribal representatives from the Colfax Todds Valley, Shingle Springs, and Auburn Rancherias.

We celebrated our third-year as a company this month! Our projects over the last year ranged in location from northern to southern CA and included lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management, State Parks, and various counties and cities. Thank you for your support!
