Our tomato vines are over 6 feet tall now! This is the month of many tomatoes and we are getting ready with Salsa and Marinara recipes.

Fuyu Persimmons are delicious and crisp. It's a great tree to have fresh fruit in November.

*Sun* dried tomatoes in the oven! 🍅😎 We removed the juice and seeds from Roma tomatoes, which are already less juicy than other varieties.
