BAREIS will buy back BAREIS Supra BTLE iBoxes in good working condition (complete with a shackle and key container and no damage to the shell or shackle).

If you would like to sell your extra lockboxes to BAREIS, please email [email protected] to make an appointment to drop off your lockboxes at the service center closest to you.
BAREIS will pay $60 for each BTLE iBox!

Please note: This does not apply to lockboxes received from the Marin Association of REALTORS®.

You can also sell your lockboxes directly to other agents. If you sell or give your lockbox to another agent, it is important to submit a completed lockbox transfer form to BAREIS.

Realist Premium Flood Maps Available!

Premium Flood Map Reports are available at $19.99/report. The new report features CoreLogic’s Flood Risk Score and Flash Flood Risk Score. You can download a sample of the new report by visiting the Flood Map report of any property record within Realist.

The regular flood maps are still available at no cost and contain the same valuable data you’ve relied upon for years.
