Need to start 1000 plants? Making the most of my heat mat by stacking. The crops that like a little less heat go on top. Heat lovers on the bottom.

So I went away for a long weekend and I think my automated grow rack from worked a little too well. These tomatoes were pinched just before I left and now they are pushing 18 inches tall and grew right past the lights.
Luckily all these babies are destined for here in the Bay Area and will go to their forever homes soon.

Loving my new volunteer gig helping put the garden back together. Putting in lots of mints and begonias for the kids to taste. Using grow bags to keep the mint from spreading (I hope).
