The real estate market continues to vary by location, but overall remains steady.

• Sonoma: Average sale price increased to $2.27M (+0.4%), with homes averaging 60 days on the market.
• Santa Rosa: Average sale price is $1.12M (-1.8%), with homes averaging 55 days on the market.
• Rohnert Park: Average sale price is $667K (+0.1%), with homes selling in an average of 34 days, making it the fastest-moving market of these four.
• Marin County: Average sale price is $2.01M (-2.8%), with homes averaging 40 days on the market.
