They presented an overview of their Creative Wisdom approach, followed with opportunities to engage in intermodal expressive arts and sharing together. Their guidance truly brought their teachings to life, allowing the listening and witnessing to naturally unfold. We had an illuminating time with Dr. Leslie Ellis presenting, “Introduction to Focusing and Dreams: Finding, Embodying and Anchoring ‘the Help’”! Leslie presented the three key experiential methods for working with dreams through Focusing, Gestalt, and Jung’s active imagination. After, she led us in an enriching experiential exercise where we had time to journal and express our dream “help” creatively. It was enriching and hopeful to hear the transformational experiences from the “help” in a dream. Thank you all for the inspiring sharings to carry forward!! 🧡💜💛
