Pine Creek Properties is taking measures to abide with CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) to protect the health and safety of our residents, staff and community. At this time, we have no knowledge of residents or staff with symptoms related to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and we want to do all we can to keep it that way.
We know some have found it frustrating that we have been posting so many flyers and posters with virus information and recommendations by the CDC. However, given the increasing concerns of COVID-19 we feel that it is necessary to take additional safety precautions.
Effective immediately, all rental offices will be closed. Management will remain onsite, available for emergencies only. If you need to contact management, please email or call the office. To ensure optimal social distancing, we are asking all staff to keep a distance of 10 feet from any person. We will ONLY be responding to emergency work orders related to heat, plumbing, electrical or refrigeration issues. You may report emergency work orders during office hours by calling the office. After hours emergency work orders may be reported by calling the 24-Hour Emergency Line.
There will be limited access to all laundry rooms. We are asking that no more than one (1) person be inside the laundry room at the same time. Please be mindful that others may be waiting to enter.
We strongly advise that residents limit visitors to caregivers only. If you are permitting anyone into your home, we recommend you asking them if they’ve experienced any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, have travelled recently or have been around anyone who has been sick.
Per Local Government and CDC, those 65+ are advised to self-quarantine.
While we understand this is not an ideal situation, we are asking for cooperation. We value your tenancy and equally important, your health. Our residents, staff and community’s health is our top priority.

We have gotten through to PGE they will be working in our area starting today. We don't know when they will make it to Meadowrock Duplexes they will need to enter all units.to inspect gas lines and they will need to be the ones to light all pilots. We will have to give them access to all units under emergency status.

Although it was short notice to collect those items, your generosity was quick and overwhelmingly positive. Thanks to you, we were able to deliver to Catholic Charities three full truckloads of winter gear, including coats, gloves, hats, sleeping bags, tarps, umbrellas, hand warmers and so many other items to help those in need through these cold and wet winter months. Catholic Charities reached out to thank us all for these very necessary items, and assured us that every single piece of cold weather gear will be given, free of charge, to a person in need this winter.
