Glue or Braze them on to your existing tips. 3/16" diameter tip tines.
Yes, they are Sharp and you may need butterfly band aide if you are not careful.
If you want single Barb Grind/Sand one of the Flares off. Don't use a wire type cutter, these are hardened stainless.
