1. We brought in a professional stager to walk through the home and identify the changes that would make the biggest difference. .staging.home knows the best way to make a space feel larger and more attractive to buyers in the current market.

2. The seller then cleared out their personal items for the home to get brand new carpet and our team could come in to stage the home.

3. We then coordinated professional cleaning, window washing, and landscaping, including fresh bark throughout the yard.
